Research and development is managed through our Danish subsidiary SynAct Pharma ApS (CVR. No: 34459975) and Swiss subsidiary TXP Pharma AG (Firmennummer: CHE-271.053.235).
SynAct has since it was founded worked with a model for R&D operations that entails maximum outsourcing of services within R&D. All Clinical Operations, Data Management, Statistics, CMC etc. is outsourced. This is to secure maximum agility, but it naturally requires employees in the company with significant experience within biotech and pharma so that the right vendors can be selected and controlled in the right fashion. SynAct is therefore solely recruiting individuals that have long track record in biotech and/or big pharma.
