Utilisation of subscription options registered with Swedish Companies Registration Office

SynAct Pharma AB (“SynAct”) announced today, on 27 April 2017, that the utilisation of the company’s series TO 1 subscription options, the utilisation period of which ended on 23 March 2017, has now been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office. 157 428 new shares have been registered, which means that the number of shares in SynAct after registration with Swedish Companies Registration Office amounts to 12 417 449 shares. The share capital amounts to SEK 1,552,181.13. The conversion of interim shares into shares is expected to take place on 4 May 2017. Different trustees may take different lengths of time, meaning that in some cases the shares may become available only after the above date.
