The last day of trading in the company’s shares (SYNACT) with the right to allocation of subscription rights in the issue is 11th April 2018. The first day of trading in the company’s shares without entitlement to subscription rights is 12th April 2018.
One (1) subscription right is obtained for each (1) existing share. Possession of eleven (11) subscription rights entitles the holder to subscribe to two (2) new shares, for SEK 9.90 per share (2:11 at 9.90 SEK).
The subscription rights can be traded on Aktietorget from 19 April 2018 until 4 May 2018.
Paid subscribed shares will be traded from 19 April 2018 until the issue is registered with the Swedish Companies registration office.
The subscription period is 19 April 2018 through 8 May 2018.
